Question:

Is fish sauce made with squid ingredients by the Vietnamese ; better than the Thai fish sauce made with anchovies ingredients?

(Don't confuse with the bottled "SQUID brand" Thai fish sauce made with anchovies ingredients)

Thanks for visitig. I used the “潮汕鱼露”, personally I find Thai or Vietnamese one a bit too fishy for me. I guess squid and anchovies ingredients fish sauce are good for different dishes, depeding on what u r cooking.
