is there any adaptor to change cannon mount lens to nikon mount

I wish to know if lens mounts can be replaced ?
i mean can a canon mount lens be replaced or modified to nikon mount ?

if you are referring to ef and efs lens, not possible. the aperture of these lens are electronically controlled by the camera via the contact you see at the rear. other than canon eos bodies, no other brand of camera can use these lens.
