How to transfer file from Nex 5R to Note 2 when outside?

My camera used hotspot but can't work. It always disable my note 2 hotspot once it connects through playmemories app.

How to transfer photos when outside?

Don't use the hotspot mode on your note 2. You don't need it toact as a router.

It should work.

1) open up the image transfer on your 5R
2) run playmemories mobile
3) locate the 5R on the app
4) connect and send
5) the app will disconnect the 5R after the image transfer is done

If you're trying to send multiple images, go into the playback menu in the menu and select the "send to device" i think, then select "select on the camera".

This option allows you to select multiple images on your 5R to send over to your phone, so you don't have to send one by one

Just switch on wifi. Shouldn't need to switch on hotspot mode as well.
