Had a play about , then got a little adventurous with the settings and did them twice and flipped and merged the original image , the result was Great Fun You could get hooked on this

Go to filter->Distort->Polar Coordinates
Select Rectangle to Polar and press ok
this last step makes me mad mad mad.
cause i don't think i have that function in paintshop pro!
