When viewing through the view finder, sometimes we may unknowingly got our spectacles lens scratched. What would be the best way to prevent it?

Less the options of :
1) using a rubber eye cup
2) using viewfinder diopter adjustment (troublesome, need to remove specs when taking photos)
3) using the LCD screen

TIA

cheers

gaffer your specs lens :bsmilie:
wear contact lens :)

normally the viewfinder already have some rubber lining. I never had the prob of glasses get scratched when using viewfinder..

Usually, when I'm shooting for assignment, I will switch my specs for contacts. So that I will be able to see the full viewfinder. And it's more comfortable too, without having to worry about the specs fogging up in some situations.
