How to attach a pic when reply/ create post?

Find hard to post attach a pic in either new post / replying a post. Anyone can show me how to do that?

I cant find the "manage attachment" tab in my reply page as mentioned in the FAQ.....

I dont have any photo gallery. So, it is not possible to attach a pic that located on my pc desktop? Must link it from an online photo gallery like flikr or photobucket?

Yah, you cant link from your desktop. You need to link it from an online file hosting site. flickr and photobucket are free..
