How do you back button focus with X-T2

Hi, We have been getting some great birding photos with the X-T2 and XF100-400 with and without the 1.4x TC. However, next step is to ry to improve the keeper rate from birds in flight. Does anyone have any experience of this type of photography with this set up and can you share your settings and particularly how you set up for BBF.

Thank you, it is excellent on tweaking the continuous focus settings. Not clear on how he does BBF, but useful for the other very important element to BIF shooting
