Hi people. im looking for a rooftop for shooting.

Hi, i am looking for a rooftop for filming purpose. I have checked with all of the town councils for permission to film at hdb's rooftop but they say its restricted area and they dont allow us to film.

So i need to look for other rooftop to shoot. We are willing to pay for the charges.
- We will only need a day to shoot.(2-3 hours)

I once took a rooftop tour at Suntec City, and it was very interesting. They let me take my XL2 up there and shoot anywhere I wanted. It cost $10 per person. You could check at the information counter to see if they would let you shoot something more organised.

does this mean that carpark 'rooftops' are also off limits? i've noticed that stairs to hdb rooftops are locked but i noticed some carpark top floors are still accessible.

You can try schools, namely the different polytechnics.. just "act" like you are a film student there.. most have roof access or roof looking places..
