Guys, pls help!!!

there is something wrong with my company's nikon 5700

pls advice what can be wrong. below is the samples photo taken just now

my boss wasnt please when i told him the ccd is gone, i was the last to use it.

can i request service centre to state its due to old age and not miss handling??

You can try, but also try to tell ur boss the CCD is a chip INSIDE the camera that is not accessible during normal usage.
