Help needed with old photograph.

how can i recover my old phtograph?
who can scan them and provide a softcopy which is very high res or very clear?
photos are about 30+ yrs and some might be already faded a bit.
please help.

If the photos are fading or already faded, even the best scanner might not scan out the best quality photos.
