Help! How to set up the "menu" of my New LCD monitor?

I just bought a Samsung 931c LCD Monitor.
But the fonts is abit blur, the colour is pale. Can someone teach me how to set up the "menu". I saw in the menu.. there is

i think u never set your pc lah...

either your graphics card driver need update, or u need to set your windows display to the max resolution of the monitor.

Just borrow a screen calibration tool from someone to get it calibrated.

That should do the trick.

Most control is doing in the PC/OS. If you see blur font, check whether you activated "Smooth edges of screen font". Or check your screen resolution, whether your OS is set on maximum hardware screen resolution or not.

For the pale color, you can try to set your monitor to different color temperature. It is also affected by your room lightning.
