hi bro. my soto setting is:

Exposure: 0.067 sec (1/15)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 187 mm
ISO Speed: 400
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off

lighting : yellow down light

care to advice where can i improve?

You can either set ur camera on a tripod and shoot with a longer exposure or bump up the iso to 800 and shoot.That will also depend on how well your camera can handle noise I guess.
But no reason to do that unless you're shooting at night.
Set the dish by the window or something and shoot. Use your incam meter to meter the scene first to make sure its not over or underexposed.
try to find a more neutral light. Or adjust your color temp to something cooler to neutralise the yellowness from the light source.
