Kongo, your photography is technically good. I won't criticise or comment on the technicalities. Perhaps the only unfortunate bit about this shoot is that it was done by a model shoot organiser, I think? You had little/no control over the direction or style? I feel that you could have gotten more interesting images of this very beautiful model if you had this control.

Green eyes are quite a rarity. Even in Australia, I have only met 1 guy with green eyes. Even blue eyes, as in really blue (almost like sky blue), are also not easy to come by.

This model is indeed extremely beautiful. Who is the model organiser or manager?

I wouldn't mind hiring her when I come around in early Feb.

There are plus and minus of a group shot, agree that there will be some limitation there but one very important factor is the essential economy of scale factor.. I might not be able to soley bear the bill for a quality model like Kseniya alone.. that's real life man..

Anyway It's quite obvious that I am still very weak in instructing and communicating with models, will certainly try to look for opportunity to do some more solo shoot in future..

Actually, from the images, I, or possibly anyone, couldn't tell if you are weak in instructing and communicating with the model. If anything, I would suspect that the images show you can instruct the model well. However, I'm guessing that she may have done the poses herself with minimal direction.

My original comment was actually to encourage/persuade you into doing something more than the overly done pretty-girl-smiling-in-the-park-wearing-casual-with-nice-bokeh portrait. I'm sure many CS members have seen lots of this, and portraits could be a lot more interesting, perhaps bearing a theme. With your kind of skills, and gear, doing a solo shoot with a theme or direction could greatly benefit the appearance of your portfolio.
