Is there good photo ordering system in Singapore ?

It should do the following
1) Allow photographer to upload their photos for users to select their photos , and charge print price
2) User will self-manage their selection and delivery methods.
3) Delivery is via post or electronic download
4) Site can provide additional add-on to users like print to cup, books etc.
