1. in what area is critique to be sought?
I would like to get opinions regarding the composition. Any thoughts on it? Overall, does the image work for you?

2. what one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
Show colours and subject not commonly seen locally. Show the vastness of the field.

3. under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
Taken in the afternoon using Sigma 10-20mm lens, at Hualien, Taiwan.

4. what the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture?
I like the colours and the subject aka the field and the repetitive patterns in it. I also like that the mountains on the left provide some depth. Just not too sure about the overall image and composition.

Thoughts and feedback much appreciated! Thanks for taking time to look through!

I like how the fields with the lines on it that leads to the horizon, i would do this

- choose a better time to take pic - at sunset so the colours would be warmer and better colour rendered from the sky
- have something to compare the vastness of the field with, like a scarecrow on the field or something. Since it is vastness, it needs something to be compared to.
- i would move more to the left where i see a drainage of sort, that could help to lead the eye across the composition to further enhance the vastness feel to the field.
