Getting a Tripods for Canon A80

hi i am a new user here
the cheap tripods i am currently using is not balance (most of the picture i need to use photoshop to adjust by 2.67 degree) so i need to get a new one
but i dun have much buget, S$50-80 at most,
which tripods has the best price : performance ratio at this price range and where can i get it
btw i normally use it to take night scenes

I just bought one at CP in Peninsula Plaza for $85. Bought about 3.5 hours ago.

what about those small tripots like UltraPot II selling for S$35 at Cathay Photos

yep $85 at CP
dun grap the wrong model
there is a smaller version cost 75 and there is a simliar version which the center columb cant be remove
