Getting a 400D

Guys! I've made up my mind to get the 400D Kit Lens I at the IT SHOW during the weekends... i've called up MS Color to ask for the price of extended warranty for another 2yrs and i will get a 50mm f1.8 free and with the rest of the free gifts i think its really worth it!
Im excited abt this but still im not too sure... i guess i will just stick on the kit lens for the moment....

What do u guys think abt it? =D Comments plss thank you....

I think for now this is actually a very good deal to start with. When you start shooting more you'll know what you "need" or WANT more... I think for now this is actually a very good deal to start with. When you start shooting more you'll know what you "need" or WANT more... oh yea, soon you'll be looking for that extra wide (wide angle lens) and abit longer (those tele lenses) and maybe need extra lighting (a flash maybe?).. hahahaha

I was initially deciding between getting it at CP or AP as the price for 400D is around $100+ cheaper. But considering the extended warrenty + free 50mm f1.8, all the freebies and No extra CC charges, I think the deal is pretty worth it!

You could actualy but the camera elsewhere and get the extended warranty + 50 mm 1.8 in the show. I did that this afternoon because CP gave me a better deal...

Oh really? I was told that that deal is only for cameras bought at the show. Anyway this is a great camera to start brushing up my skills. I have been playing with it the whole day and it was great fun Hope to start posting some pictures in this forum soon!

I've done 3 photoshoot outing with my 400D oredi and several session of BBB outings as well..kekekkekek...Was simply loving the 50mm initially and today I discover that the basic kit lens ain't that bad. Mine is not IS and really need a steady hand zoomed up to 55...:bsmilie:
