anyone can recommend me a gd free ftp program? i'm currently using coffeecup cup, but sometimes it keeps giving me error msg, not really friendly enough ...

Depends on what you want to do with the FTP program:

FTP Server - GuildFTPd
FTP Surfer or to download from FTP Sites - FTP Surfer
FTP Uploader or to upload and download from your website server - Core FTP or Batch FTP

All these programs are free I think!

use your IE to ftp

just put the address ftp://210.111.23.543 (sample) it will pop up the windows to asking abt username and pasword.

After that just drag and drop your file from your Windows explorer, or My Computer to the IE

Free and easy
