Actually that is partly his own doing. He is not smart enough nor has he a good engineer who can think for him. Rubens could easily have gone for a 2 stop strategy too as this can be decided between him and the engineer. This was what Jenson and his engineer (more credit to the quick thinking of the engineer) did.

But reading F1.com. Jenson Button seems to be in a very good relationship with him... he is very thankful to him... they seems to get a long well together... I think Barricello is ok with it... if i were him, i already going to retire soon, i should be grateful liao lah, at least i am now doing better than David Coultard at the twilight of his career.

anyway, i think it's kinda getting a bit boring to see more or less the same outcome on every race.

I am not sure if the Brawn cars are really TAT FAST... maybe it is. :dunno:

First of all, they got the aerodynamics right while many others still struggling with their set ups.

Kimi had early break so he can have his ice cream.....

He could not wait till the end of 66 laps, on the 17th, already buay ta han needs his ice cream liao. Must find out which brand, that brand should pay him $10M a yr to endorse. :bsmilie:

Why only McLaren and Ferrari fans here????

What happened to Brawn, Toyota and the others....????

I am rather impressed with Brawn's technical side. they seems to be an originator this season, along with Redbull. I thought Ferrari dun have much innovations, resorting to adapting a front wing design like the Brawn's more recently.

Brawn's cleverness :

Front-wing design : http://www.formula1.com/news/technical/2009/805/631.html (Ferrari later copied the front wing end plates + another element copied from Toyota)

Rear diffuser layout : http://www.formula1.com/news/technical/2009/821/643.html

Underslung rear brake calliper : http://www.formula1.com/news/technical/2009/821/641.html (this one Redbull copies)

Revised aero package : http://www.formula1.com/news/technical/2009/808/656.html (overall 7kg lighter even)

Steering column packaging : http://www.formula1.com/news/technical/2009/808/652.html

Haha.... ya Kimi should quickly get the contract for promoting ice cream...he is thinking of leaving F1. Now with Ferrari stating they will not sign up for 2010 if the budget cap is implemented all the more Kimi has no team to race with in 2010.

Ice man -----> Ice cream man

Thanks for putting these together. Indeed Brawn had been innovating a lot. But I believed so are the other teams esp the big budget ones like Toyota, McLiaren and Ferrari. But somehow they lack the effect which somehow Brawn and his engineers managed to conjure. That's where genius and inspiration comes in. Money is not everything (though it can help plenty).

Great work Brawn....they deserve to win and should continue to win a few more races in the next few races. However the other teams are catching on fast and would copy what is good from others esp Brawn, hence their cars would be more competitive in the next few races esp in Britain. It would interesting to see if McLiaren can come out with a better car package by then. At least Lewis would have a fighting chance. Otherwise he would have to resort to lying to win....oops sorry low one.

I wonder what F1 is heading to as so many teams have threatened to pull out from it... :(

It will be left with Brawn, Force India and cant remember the other team fighting for no.1 podium!:bsmilie:

FOTA in action? out with max mosley!!! :thumbsd:

Mosley needs to go. He's been screwing up F1 in his sick ways.

I totally agree with what Toyota's team boss said, F1 needs a proper governance framework, not the present "change rules on a whim" approach.

I'm totally in for budget caps and cuts, but in a gradual manner. His ideas were fine, but the implementation is stupid at best.
