Thanks to all for their troubleshooting suggestions.
nvm as logn as the S shots are good!!!
sayang
Thanks for your sayang Van...
Unfortunately, S shots good but B shots better!!!
Somehow it's always like that... the better shots are always those with something wrong... like exposure wrong or something comes into the pic suddenly...
I wonder if it is a psychological thing... like thinking that what you can't have is the best?!? Haha...
Wuffy, you could have found the answer to your flash problems by your own writings (above). I assume what you told us was complete ... and if so, chances are it's the WEAK batts!
Also, if yr using NiMH rechargeables, what kind/capacity/how old and how do you maintain them?
Ooooohhh... I was hoping the problem was with the batteries... cos that means flash ok.
I just got the flash not long ago so just got those normal energiser batteries for a start...
Intend to get Powerex rechargeable batteries when this runs out... which is like very soon, i guess!
Yes, weak batteries are always a problem. Whenever the refresh rate is slow, always try a set of new batteries.
If the refresh rate is still slow after a brand new set of batteries are used, then you can assume that the flash has some problems.
I see...
Now it makes sense that after I turn it off, I can take one shot, then cannot take already.
Normally when batteries are weak, you can recharge it by turing the device off for a while, but when you use it once, then cannot use already cos u have used the energy.
So I highly suspect it's the batteries then.
Looks like I need to get batteries really soon!
Aiyohhhh..... need to find time to go out already... heheh...
