EM1 shutter lag when using flash.

Is it normal for the shutter lag when using the EM1 with the flash that comes with the body or FL50R in the Aperature priority mode ? Speed is about 1/40 sec. Is there any setting which i must take note ? I don't have the issue with my E3.

When press the shutter release, there is a slight delay before it clicks.

It is neither camera focusing or flash charging issue.

I never have such issue when I had the EM1. .. whether the small flash, oly flash or 3rd party flash.... in fact the Yongnuo flash works very well...
