Dual Cameras Dual Brands.

Hi guys, i was just thinking about this. How many of the photographers actually use different brands of cameras as their back up?


Example, your primary camera maybe a Canon, and your secondary back up might be a Nikon?

Usually it's the same for lens interchangeability. But i know some photogs who use a canon for sprts shooting, and a Sony A900 for studio shots.

I used to own Fuji + Nikon DSLR series, share the same lens. Fuji DSLRs=one of the best cam I've used, if not a tad slow.

Nikon, Canon, Fuji. Brands don't really matter much to me. Interchangeability is one thing, but what's more important for me is that the equipment is up to par for the work required.
