Differences between Sony K800i and K750i ?

Currently considering the above 2 phones, k800i and k750i. Does anyone know the main differences between these 2 phones ? I checked their specifications and they were identical. I'm particularly intrigued by the ability to use it as an MP3 player and a candid camera. The k750i is marketed more of a camera phone, but it seems it will play mp3 also.
As an mp3 player, is the k750i as good as the k800i ?

The price difference is pretty big.

K800i for me ...K750i is getting dated.

3.2mpixel camera and large storage memory. But do note that MP3 playback takes a toll on battery life if you expect the phone to last you the whole day.

2: memory stick package (K750i 64mb K800 512mb)

get the k750i if you're price conscious and dont need to have the latest phone in town
I still think its a great non symbian phone, and at $5xx now its a bargain.

btw, its W800i not K800i...

the phone on W800i when you on, it'll show either phone or walkman only, which can be used on plane.

problems encountered.. (i use K750i while my mom, bro & gf have W800i each)

catch on the camera cover on W800i is loose...
512mb died after few weeks
phone died after being splashed by rain

mine no problem yet, only last time flashed the fone something goes wrong den it lost the camera function, had to do a master reset.
