d3s or d4

Currently using my d700 i sometimes take high iso.

Found out that my d700 seem noisy when i start shooting over 3200

Between d3s and d4 which is a better choice if i were to take high iso?

But the price for both body 2nd hand is 1k different

Newer generation means better high gain (iso) processing. Get the d4.

High ISO difference between D3S & D4 is not a lot. They are quite near in terms of ISO performance in my usage.

The difference is that the D4 has lesser chrominance noise in the shadows area & the noise is easier to clean up in PP vs the noise from the D3S.
