We arrived in Siem Riep in the middle of their "Water Festival". There were offering prayers at roadside and setting floating candles on the river.

Took these shots in a small shrine in the middle of the road while walking back to the hotel after dinner.

Got the idea of using slower shutter speed to capture the movement during our sunrise shotting... No sunrise, but does not mean no shots...hehe.
