CompactFlash memory

I have a Canon Powershot A95 and it feels slow sometimes saving the images... I am currently using a normal Kingston 128MB card.

At the same time, I want more space with the dropping prices of mem cards... Is anyone using the KINGSTON Elite Pro Compact Flash 1GB Card (CF)? Is it much faster than mainstream cards?

The writing speed is a limitation of your camera, not really the card.

Check out on the net, what is maximum high speed card you can use may help.

A95 takes a longer time to save images especially those long exposure ones..the DiGicII chip is processing the image..

I have the A95. If I remember correctly, the camera has the older DIGIC I processor only
The camera writes slowly to the CF. So have to just bear with it
