Len adapter -> No need for this. C-2100uz has 49mm screw thread for 49mm filters or add-on lens, can screw straight onto lens. Only when using add-on lens or filter bigger/smaller than 49mm then u need step-up/down ring.
Camera bag -> hard to say, my compact padded bag that's abt 50% bigger than the C-2100uz can hold the DC, 4 sets of AA batts, a box of SM cards, remote control, blower/brush set, chamois cloth, a couple of filters, and a box of mint costs me S$20.
Yup...the tether is the string that tie the lens cap to ur DC so that you won't lose it.....the camera shops should be selling it. But for me, I made do with a piece of elastic black hair band (from my Sis).
The battery holder box...can't help you on that...I use rubber bands to organize my batts.

price for:

cam pouch--$20(can put add. lens, batt, cards)
i tink thats all i need?
coz i got 128mb SM from my fujicam liao
and the cap string 50cents? just ask them give free lah!!
