Cleaning Prosumer Cameras

Hi,

I am using a Fuji6500fd, was just wondering what kind of cleaning kit do i need. I have a UV filter over my lenses, does it mean i do not have to open it or clean it? Or should i just clean the filter? Any suggestion on brands or where i can buy it from and what kind of price range? Thanks.

i prefer the $30 kinetronic kit anytime + a blower.

the only thing about those 10bucks cleaning kit that i use is the blower and lens tissue. Their lens "solution" look so much like plain water to me...

actually prosumer nothing much to clean blower and lens tissue is enuff...together shld be less den or ard $10.

Hi Zhiliang,

If there was no dust visible when the UV filter was attachd to the lens, and the UV filter has never been removed, there is no reason for dust between the lens and the UV filter.

Hi Bernard,

Actually i bought the filter together with the camera and the guy fit it on straightaway and i have not taken it off since. Then, can the lens solution be used on the filter instead? Are there any other maintenance to take note of in the future?
