Canon 2x Macro Converter?

I think Panagor and Vivitar used to make a 2x Macro Converter to convert any lens to a 1:1 macro lens (i.e. from a normal 50mm/1.8 to a 100mm/3.6 with 1:1macro capability).. is there something similar which Canon has?

I would put this between my lens and the body.

Just to be clear, i am not looking for an extension tube or a telephoto converter.
