Never make any purchase from westernunion, it is well-known for fraud cases because of the untraceability. (No Bank audit )
Post offices are so aware the rampant cases that it advice her customers to know the counterparty before making use of this service.

SCAM.

The chat log is so obvious that he is trying to scam you by asking you to PAY FIRST. This is a no no :nono:

Secondly, the website so damn fake. He just put some random office guy pictures and one happy customer....what the hell is this. Where is photos for the actual goods, and the goods they are selling ? Doesnt make any sense. (edit ok so they do have pictures of the goods but still looks fake to me)

But this page is really the best....

Yip, Western Union is a BIG no-no unless you know the recipient.

Better to send the money to your friend in the UK and ask if the goods & cash can be exchanged on the spot. Not easy if yr friend has to travel to meet the seller.

Buyer beware.

First, if a deal sounds too good to be true, it isn't.
Second, from the way he speak and dialouge, it's so darn obvious it's a scam. :dunno:

Let me know if I am understanding this wrongly.
1) Transfer 800 to your friend in UK
2) Produce the transfer details (screenshot, scanned receipt) to the dealer
3) Goods are shipped to you, you do a throughout check, You are happy.
4) Transfer the $$ to them.

I don't see any issues you are going to lose out.

Ya..really looks like he's from Nigeria than UK.

The webpage really looks so fake that it's funny. And oh, did i mention that it was hosted on a "Free website hosting" company ?

http://page.tl/

Looks like they're too cheap to afford their own domain names/hosting package :p
