Budget macro photography

Hi guys/gals,
Would just like your opinion on a good budget (ie <$400) digital camera for macro photography (eg teeth) and to take pictures of Xrays - asking for dentist friend.

Not much honestly as macro cams tend to be more expensive and powerful. They need closer focusing lengths than other normal cameras and resolving needs to be better too.
