Either your WB is off or you did something to the colour saturation. The lights from the HDB flats are mainly blue... (???)

but overall, it's a really cool picture. The tilted horizon WORKS in this case. You knew when to bend the rules...!

Somehow the merging to HDR causes the lights from the HDB flats to become blue and very saturated. I just started doing HDRs, maybe some HDR experts can shed some light regarding the blue lights? :think:
