well I would recommend you can make your way down to Changi Beach, CP 6 if possible do check for low tides as you can then walk down to have a better shot with the debris

if cannot go.. then in Pasir Ris, the best would be along the Park after Aloha Chalets.. for your consideration.. cheers~~
