I use a 600mm F4 lens. All shots were taken with a tripod.

The Blue-Throated was taken in Neo Tiew. The rest of them were taken at the national parks (KKC and KY) in Thailand.

The Blue-tailed can be sighted here as well during migratory season. The Red-bearded (FH, BT) and Chestnut-headed can be found in m'sia too.
