Ignorant question here. My neighbour lent me a Duracell quickcharger rated at 1.6 V 1800 mA. I am trying to charge 4 brand new AA Sanyo NiMH 2500 batteries which have not been used before. It is rated at Model HR-3U 1.2V.

Question is can I use a Duracell charger to charge a Sanyo rechargeables? How long should a recharge take? I have recharged it for about 4 hours and the green light on the charger is still flashing, thought it would take faster than that. Anybody can provide me some infor on this…thanks

If light is blinking, then take out and put back. If still blink then check battery. If all else fails, get Sanyo/Energizer/Sony/Maha Chargers if you don't own one yet.

Get from Eastgear at Peninsula Plaza 2nd floor.

Cheers....
