those are fruit bats, commonly found at the private houses (roof)...
my friends kana from them many times...their Sh!ts are quite toxic...resulting them in food poisioning..:bsmilie:

Rare to see them in the HDB .... I remember seeing the whole company in Sentosa in an old house.
