Anyone could please help to provide direction to go Punggol sunrise

Hi, as im not really familiar with punggol area (never been there before all my life hehe)
anyone could give me a pointer on how to get there by cab or car?
if taking Cab what should I tell the driver
and if Car which part ....

If you want to go to the beach, it will be punggol end.
Tell the cab driver punggol end beach, he should know
If you are driving, take to TPE and exit at the punggol road exit. Dont go towards sengkang but towards punggol.
Take punggol road all the way straight in. No need to turn, just follow the road till you reach the beach. Look at http://maps.google.com/ and follow the road

Cab: say Punggol Jetty
Car: hard to park there, with all the construction work going on.
Bus: 82, outside the bus interchange (not inside!)

for driving direction, use streetdirectory.com or Google Map.

car parking, there is a open air parking space near the road end, it belong to Outward bound, read to sign before you park.

you can take a cab there, just tell the cab driver you want to go Punggol Road End or Punggol Jetty. when you leave, you can take a bus to Punggol MRT station.
