any sb 80dx user can help?

having a headache now, I'm having setting problems on the flash, now
whenever I try to shoot at DTTL, the will not be flash but the amount of underexposure(0to-3.0EV) appears for approx.3sec on the LCD panel: at the same time the ready lights blink.:dunno:

however at M or A setting, the flash works normally.
there's nothing wrong with the flash or D100 body, any kind soul who came across this kind of problem and have the solution for it?? Thanks in advance....

I've used the SB-80DX on D100, D70 and D2 bodies, I've not noted the flash to be as such.

Have you send in the flash before for servicing or anything?

no, but sure it is setting problem, the manuel did mention something like that, but never
troubleshoot. think i have set something wrong on flash or body...

paisei, found out is my fault, the error only happen when battery cell is low. when recycle time not ready(cell are low) will have the signal show when i try to fire.
when connect with sb-8a,the problem solved, signal will not be up again because got enough juice!

have not been using ttl for long time.:bsmilie:
