Advice on travelling with bulky baggage (computer)

Hi, I have intention of bringing over to Manila, Phillippines, a complete rig which includes the Small Form Factor PC and a 17" or 19" LCD.

I am now very concerned about the bulkiness the baggage. Any advice on how I should bring over the stuff? Also, will I be imposed any tax or fees for bringing electronic goods?
