Sure!

Setup of apple - Chilled apple taken from fridge, laid on a flat white surface with a diffuser dome over the top.. I'm not sure if i'm using the correct terminology here. Two slave Achiever flashes on the sides, with a main firing from the top.

Shoot - The image was overexposed, hence the burn out. By at least a good one or two stops.

Photoshop - Go to channels and select the 'Red' channel only.

And its done.
