A case with Town Council, Please Help.

Usually it depends a lot on the officer who handled your case. If he wants, he simply help you out.

But in reality, there will be tens of such cases happening everyday at all government departments so I doubt there will be any officer who is willing to listen to your "special" mistake, unless you have got some connection or you are damned lucky!

Usually they will insist that you have no case .... :dunno:

You are spot on....
Someone from HDB called yesterday evening at 6+pm just to say they will look into the case tomorrow. I tot cicvil kock off at 5pm sharp.
I do not know whether it's the escalation that works or posting in the forum put some pressure on them.
