my 3years old 7D was not able to switch on at all, even changed CR1616 battery and new battery, the top display shown low battery even I was switch off the camera, you guys having this weird experience??

are you only interested to know does any other people have similar encounter as yours?
or do you plan to bring it down to Canon Service Centre to let them have a look at it?

Just take it down to your favorite repair center/shop/person to take a look at it. Probably the power control circuit board is fried.

Canon DSLR have 3 switches related to power. The main power switch, battery door switch and memory card door switch
If one of these switches is OFF, the camera won't power up. Check if the doors are fully closed or you may want to carefully poke the door switches with a pen to test

I have the same issue... just open the memory card door and close and it work in my case.
