A very beautiful day in Reine, one of the most enchanting place in Lofoten. The right half of the town seen in the background is actually in the shadow of the magnificent Reinbringen just off the right of the frame.​

Yup, manual focus @ 16mm, Av mode, 1/5s, f16, ISO100, WB daylight.
This is one example to showcase the combine use of hard-edge GND filters as intended and also as full ND filters to achieve the subtle ripples of the water and overall balance.

#28 Moskenes, Lofoten.
Spent the last night camping in Moskenes where we would take a 7am ferry next morning back to Bodø.
The awe-inspiring 'Wall of Lofoten' stood solemn on the horizon of the Norwegian Sea as we bid a final farewell to this enchanting sanctuary from our little tent.

Everyone in the hostel kitchen got really excited after I looked out the window and told them about the greenish glow in the cloud. Ran out and set up the tripod and cam just in time to capture the Aurora Borealis breaking out from the partly cloudy sky.​

Love that reflection.. love this.

I would love it even more if the horizon splits the frame into 50/50. That would make the scene more symmetrical. But that's just me.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I agreed this might have worked better with a 50/50 symmetry play instead. Shows I didn't think hard enough during the shoots.

Hi glbong, I spent a total of 31.5k for 2 persons.

Consists of:
Transportation: 12k (excludes to/fro SIN. Used miles to redeem airfares)
Lodgings: 9.7k (includes wild camps, sleep in cars)
Food: 1.8k (mainly self catering, energy bars)
Tickets/Tours: 8k (includes 5k for Svalbard expedition)

I'm putting up the itinerary for the trip later when I'm free, which you can refer to for a better estimation of your budget required.
