If you have both XD and CF in, it will show XD by default. Just press the card selection button to CF before connecting the USB cable. 1 more thing. If you want to take pano shots, you have to invest in XD card. CF could not take pano shots unless you're using another stitching software.

In fact, purple fringe and partial black & white image also appeared on the LCD before I released the shuttle... :dunno:

Here it is...2 of the lot. Needless to say, the rest are also not good. From the pics, you could see a pinkish/purplish tone for the sky. Observe carefully, you'll see pinkish lines running accross horizontally. Sigh...

According to Oly Technical Support in Japan, they are releasing the E-300 body in Japan only during Spring 2005 (around March). I don't know about S'pore but I don't expect anything sooner than March 2004 for this gem to appear in the Malaysian market. :(

Why suddenly so many olys having problem? My c5050z just been out of hospital a few days ago. The whole CCD sensor needs to be changed after only few outings and sheesh...the warranty expired 4 months ago. I reasoned out with Oly Malaysia and they are kind enough to replace it FOC...
