Just focus on the correct point and shoot with a small handshake to shutter speed ratio. Assuming everything else is properly set (iso, f-number etc) your shot should turn out in focus and without motion blur.

I felt crippled by my equipment recently. I had a nice strobist set up going with pocketwizards and everything and just when I was ready to shoot, Err99 on my 1D3. And I had to use a P&S because it was urgent. Pictures turned out like crap :embrass: But otherwise quite satisfied :bsmilie:

Hmmm I shoot very frequently with fast lenses so I don't recompose after focusing. It's a good habit :D Anyway the 1D3 has sufficient AF points and selecting them is pretty quick using the joystick..
