Newbie on Photo Printer and Overlays

Hi Bros,

newbie here, was wondering what is a good photo printer current in the market? I did a research and based on printing speed and resolution 9600dpi will be Canon Ip7270 but this printer is gonna phase out soon. SO was wondering if theres any other printer in the market that offers;

minimum 9600 dpi or higher
Fast printing speed (below 20 sec)
Cheap Inks

Above are my requirements. Has been out of touch with camera for few years now. Thus please forgive my bad knowledge.

Aside to this, was wondering if anyone knows of programs that automatic merge my overlays and print upon a click or automatic printing? Kinda like detects my photo transfer to PC via wireless then will auto grab and merge overlays to it before sending to printer?

Yup, kind of.. I'm doing for my bros ROM this Aug. Got the camera but looking and scouting for printer and software now.. haha
