Geengar, what I did for a delivery company previously because they kept delaying my shipment and yet they kept updating the tracking status of my package on their website as "Unsuccessful delivery attempted".
Matter of fact, my mum is a full-time housewife and she's ALWAYS at home. So I got pretty pissed, didn't even bother to call and complain. Here's what I did:
1) Google for ALL their branches email.
2) Enquire and lodge a complain disguised as a "feedback" of their said service.
3) Main local company's address into the "To:" field
4) List down ALL the other branches email under "Cc:" field
5) Send..
I got a reply from their HQ, directed to Singapore's branch, and Cc-ed to the others, to "Look into the matter and maintain standard"
Got a call straight and item delivered @ 1900hrs.

Just a hint of what you can do regarding your custom order. Pentax USA, Philippine, Japan, just to list some possible email.
So, list APDS email under the "To:" field and find out all of Pentax/RICOH international branches email and list every single one of them down in the "Cc:" field.
