help my dry cabinet not working

my dry cabinet had been with mi for more then 4 years i never off the switch unless i wanted to move it to another place. Then it was last Sat my sister came to my house and off the switch(cos she think that it was a waste of electircity), then next day i on the switch back and leave it around 8~10 hours, the humility did not goes down it remind at 65~70%. Is my cabinet fautly?

Did you see the Green and Red light?
Check the power adapter if there is DC voltage output.
If the power adapter broken, you can buy replacement from agent or buy from DIY shop by using back the same connector.

I think the support from Digi-Cabi is better... A lot of people seemed to have complained about Aipo being MIA in the past?

Digi-Cabi is quite fast, just that you'd have to go to their place in Tagore Lane (IIRC) to replace the unit if spoilt. It's very easy to take out anyways... I had to replace mine once and they were pretty cool about it, in and out in 5 minutes.

Aipo has been great for me. My cabinet died shortly after I bought it and they sent a repairman to my home to fix it. No lugging it around to a shop for repairs.
