newbie of view nx2

hi wanna ask when i'm set my d7k to record raw + jpeg, i set card1-raw + card2-jpeg, when i transfer my pic to view nx2, it seem like i only saw raw file without jpeg file. so what when wrong? if i shot raw + jpeg in 1card i get all the pic together and appear in the view nx2, only when i set to raw for 1st card + jpeg-2nd card it only transfer the raw file. so if anyone know what the setting i should do in view nx2 or my camera? thanks

if you don't mind, can you explain more? i think you mean is using card reader instead of transfer using the camera?

Yes, use the card reader to transfer images.
each transfer (images download into computer) will create a new folder,
ViewNX2 can only view ONE folder at ONE time,
to link up the NEF and JPG files, both type of images has to be in a SAME folder.

so all you need to do is.......

Maybe you only uploaded the images from card 1? :dunno:

yes, right, thanks. i just saw it i have to choose which slot under primary source ( nikon d7000) and tick the 2nd slot after transfer the first slot, thanks to all, i'm still newbie in digital format. thanks for all
