I recently bought a WD 2TB 3.5" hard drive at $179 from bizgram, not sure if got cheaper but the price seems ok. But need to plug in power though

It's very easy to find, just get the 2.5" ones. Go to bizgram website and download their pricelist, got quite a few brands

External Seagate/Maxtor HDD. (Y)
Get a harddisk bay with 4 slots. Get 4 X 2TB, and there u have it. 8TB. Enough for u or not. Hahaha.
But connect E-SATA cable will be faster, or get one with firewire support, USB 2.0 not really fast if u transferring data out of 3HDD at the same time, as they share only one wire.
